Please double check your addresses especially shipping address before placing your order.

Please examine your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 7 days if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damages and email us at wickedscentshccandlecollc@gmail.com.

We strive to make our customer experience smooth and enjoyable, from the moment you place your order until you unbox your The Wicked Lab ® purchase.

All orders ship within 2-4 business days after an order is placed.

Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday depending on the day your order was placed. In the summer months to protect your investment orders are ONLY shipped Monday-Wednesday. If you require shipping outside the summer schedule, please reach out to us.

THINK YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST?

Sometimes in an effort to save time some carriers scan packages before they actually arrive at your door. Please allow 5 business days before contacting us, about a replacement order.
Delayed Shipments

We are not able to view any more tracking information outside of what USPS, UPS and FedEx log on their tracking dashboard. Please check those dashboards for updates on delayed packages.

If you believe that your package may be lost, please email wickedscentshccandlecollc@gmail.com to research. We will do our best to try to help you. Allow us 2-3 business days to for us to look into this matter for you.

SHIPPING

Orders that qualify for free ground shipping will be shipped via UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a PO Box so shipping method will be USPS in these cases.

Please double check your shipping information at checkout to ensure that it is correct. We are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped the tracking information is outside of our control. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged please reach out to us within 7 days. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

SALES TAX
We will collect and remit sales tax for states as required by law. We do not impose sales tax on orders shipped to states that we do not have a nexus.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently working on adding international shipping to our website for the year 2024.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
At The Wicked Lab, all of our handcrafted products are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace products that are damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details. You may return your unused / undamaged product within 14 days of purchase (except Room & Linen Sprays / Body Splash *). The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. We do not accept exchanges currently.
TO INITIATE A RETURN

Within 14 days of your order, please send an email to wickedscentshccandlecollc@gmail.com with a return request, letting us know the reason for your return.

Once your return is approved, we will send you the return address details. Please don’t return items without approved prior authorization.

Please be sure that your package is returned using the bubble and paper or other packaging materials that it was packed with/in or something similar. Be sure that the candles are protected and packed securely so that they arrive in good condition.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns, please save tracking information.

We do not accept exchanges currently.

*We cannot accept returns of our Room & Linen Sprays / Body Splash products. We have travel size room & linen sprays available for purchase. We suggest trying a sample before buying a full size since there are no returns.

Please note you cannot return your package to the return address on your shipping label using UPS they will not ship to a PO Box.
