Where are your candles made?
All of our candles are hand-poured and hand-packaged in our workshop in Michigan. At this time our workshop is not opened to the public.
Why should I trim my wick?
These are common instructions and good practices for any candle and are meant to prolong a candle’s burn time. A longer wick creates a larger flame, a larger flame melts the wax faster, and the wax melts faster than the wick burns away. So the longer your candle burns, the larger the flame gets, causing your candle to melt faster and faster.
How do I preserve my candle ?
The first time your candle is lit let it burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted before you extinguish the candle. After cooling trim the candle wicks to ensure you have a clean burn when you relight.
What are you candles made of?
Wicked Scents Handcrafted Candle Company LLC scented candles are made with a soy blended wax with paraffin, scented oils and braided cotton wicks.
